I am ....exasperated...for lack of a better word. I'm not sure where to go with this. So, I won't go there yet.
I have to admit it to everyone. I bought the first installment of Twilight by Stephenie Meyer and loved it. So now, I can't wait to go get the 2nd installment. My poor kids were feeling a bit neglected...but ,man, what a good break.
So, does anyone out there have any experience with alcoholism? Does anyone else feel it can be hereditary? Let me know your thought and you can email me off the comments section if you'd like. sparcam@aol.com Hope to hear from any and all...

Yes, I have personal experience with alcoholism.
The tendency can be hereditary. But it is a choice to take the first drink, and the second, and the third...
ps. I only read the first 120 pages of the first book....not a fan.
I agree on the hereditary thing. It does tend to run that way.
This is a big reason that even as a teenager I never took a drink. I knew the risk was too great with the history in my family. I suspected that if I took even one drink I would be an alchoholic for life.

On a lighter note... I likes the books for pure entertainment value though I'm not a fanatic :) Haven't read the most reacent one yet and am waiting to borrow it from my MIL after she is done with it.
