A Very Special Day for Adam.

Adam had a great day today...aside from the fact that I thought his last awards assembly for the school year was tomorrow and it was today! So, what does he do to spite me? Goes and gets straight A's for the last trimester and perfect attendance! I just don't know what I'm going to do with this boy!

This evening, we all piled into the car and met Grandma and Aunt Deb at the church for Adam's last Pack meeting as a Webelos Scout. They had it out on the back corner of the lot by the church where there is a fire pit (even in the depths of the desert! Hello, it was 96 degrees during the ceremony!). Anyway, Makenna got to have a little fun in the back of the Thorson's pick up.

Mak loves those Ford trucks!

These men are fantastic examples to Adam.
He admires all of them!
Thanks to their wives, too. ;-)

Adam and me.
It was a nice ceremony! All three of the Webelos earned their Arrow of Light award. I appreciate the time and dedication Adam's leaders put into their callings with the Scouting program. They do such a great job with the boys.
As for Adam, he can make me madder than anyone! He also makes me proud. He is an incredible young man and I am so blessed to be his mother. I appreciate the great example he sets for his family.
I love you, T!

He looks really good! I am so proud of him too. He is such a good kid. I can't believe he is going to be a boyscout. Congrats! I wish we could have been there.
